A category of its own

Branded residences
in Miami

A branded residence pairs a residential tower with a name from outside real estate — an automaker, a fashion house, a hotel group — that stakes its own standard on the building. Miami has become the category's global center.

What makes it "branded"

The brand isn't a marketing sticker — it's contractually involved. An automotive or fashion house licenses its name and, in most cases, its design language: interior finishes, a signature lobby feature, sometimes a private lounge or car elevator built around the brand's own products. The developer builds it; the brand signs off on how it looks and feels.

Why it costs more

Three things drive the premium: scarcity (most towers cap branded partnerships at one per city for years), the brand's own quality control over finishes, and resale liquidity — branded units tend to hold value against comparable unbranded towers because the name travels internationally, not just locally.
